Since we were founded in 1997, our management team has guided the company through various operational and industry challenges and extremes of the Point of sales terminal, Advertising kiosk and self-service machine to create one of the best producers of POS in China. In order to grow into the leading manufacturer in the POS field, we use long-term techniques to create our Entrepreneurial culture; here we categorize these as tools of the heart, head, ears, and feet.

Dedication to improve customer value — Heart.  People in AGT share a clear sense of who they are and the impact they are trying to have on the world can overcome internal barriers to improving customer value. All the AGTers are proud of their professionalism. They aren't motivated by cost reduction, and they aren't likely to embrace cost-saving approaches. But they will enthusiastically
adopt approaches that eliminate waste and improve patient experiences.

Focus on achieving a distinctive customer proposition — Head.  AGT Has clear strategies to focus its efforts in creating customer value. One strategy is to eliminate inefficiencies and waste so that you're providing consistent, reliable, low-cost services. Another is to tailor the offerings for each individual customer, based on deep knowledge of her unique needs. A third is to offer
cutting-edge, technically innovative products and services.

Build online communities with customers to drive product and service improvements — Ears. Online customer communities (interactive websites where customers collaborate with the organization and one another) are a relatively new phenomenon. These communities can help AGT tap into customer trends and thereby develop better products and services. Most of the AGTers have a good sense of
applying the modern communities to approach the customer and the potential clients.

Take interest in improving processes to meet customer expectations — Feet. AGT Employees continuously improving processes to deliver more customer value with optimizing their performance and delivering more returns. The AGT group gets close to the customers in person, listening for and solving their problems.
